INCEPTION: "Retreat Within a Retreat"

Goal: Create a brotherhood/sisterhood-like mentorship to strengthen and build the Life Teen SMA Ministry by creating a space for teens to be vulnerable and share their stories through acts of service and shared witnesses to the glory God has done in each of our lives.

There are two things you are going to hear repeated over and over again this weekend...Servant Leadership & Stories

For those who are confused about this weekend, it’s about being the group of underclassman that is praying for those 8th graders and the Core Team who are attending the Into the Deep Confirmation Retreat. Along with praying for them, it also includes doing all the behind-the-scenes work without being seen, developing a culture of servant leadership. Now, when we aren’t doing that, we will be growing in relationship with each other through our stories as part of the eternal story of salvation.

This group will be led by two upperclassmen and two Life Teen Core Team Members as they participate in a "retreat within", all while serving for another retreat. Email Emma Grojean for more information.

The Registration cost for the trip: $50
