Natural Family Planning Introduction- There are two parts to completing the NFP requirement of your marriage preparation. 

1. "Prescription for a Long and Happy Life" with a local doctor.  She will explain the physical, psychological and relationship benefits of NFP.  You can register for the class HERE.

2. "Introduction to NFP" is an instructional session on a particular method of NFP.   Information about classes in various methods can be found at the website of the Archdiocese of Kansas City HERE.

Molly Price, APRN, is a board certified instructor of the Marquette Method of Natural Family Planning.  She will offer a class at St. Michael the Archangel Parish on the dates listed below from 6:00-8:00 p.m.  Classes are held in the St. Gabriel Conference Room in the lower level of the church.

In this class, you will learn:

• What is NFP and how it is implemented in a marriage
• The harmful physiological effects of birth control pills and other devices
• The health benefits of NFP
• An overview of the different methods of NFP and how to choose what is best for you and your spouse
• An introduction to the Marquette Method of NFP
