Session 1 — February 19 — An overview of the OCIA process.  

• Stages of a year-round Catechumenate
• Difference between the process for the unbaptized and the baptized
• 4 aspects of preparation: Catechesis, Worship/Prayer, Community, and Service
• Discernment of readiness for each stage toward initiation
  
  

Session 2 — February 26 — Accompanying seekers (Based on Ananias Training)

• Thresholds of Conversion - Trust, Curiosity, Openness, Seeking, Intentional Discipleship
• How to have conversations to discover which stage someone is in along this spectrum
• How to accompany someone at each stage on the spectrum
  
  

Session 3 — March 5 —  A Potluck and Church Tour (Practicum Night)

• Participants will host a dinner for seekers, catechumens, and candidates who are gathered for a tour of the church with Fr. Waldeck
• Food will be provided, but participants will serve the meal and engage with the people who are in attendance during dinner and the church tour
  
  

Session 4 — March 12 — Reflection and Discernment

• Participants will reflect on their experience of the potluck and church tour
• Discussion about ways to support the OCIA process in the parish and discern involvement
